This course is currently only offered to students nominated by ANZACATT. The purpose of the course is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the law, procedure and practice of parliaments and other related public law topics, such as the relationship of parliament to the executive and the courts. The course will examine common-law Westminster systems and their incorporation into the governments of Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
